Poker Edge - Get it for free (Post 3 of 3)

To get the full Poker Edge software costs from $4.95 a month for the Silver Package rising to $29.95 a month for the Gold Package based on a 12 month subscription. There are a variety of packages and the price of each depends on how long you want it for. There is a choice of 1 month, 3 months or 12 months with the price per month decreasing the more months you pay for.

I have a full year’s subscription to the Gold Package and for me it is a great investment as I feel this software can earn me $29.95 in one hand let alone over the course of a month.

How can you get it for free?

The great thing about Poker Edge is that you can test the software for 5 days free of charge. This is the full software that you would get if you’d subscribed. To get your free trial right now, simply visit: www.poker-edge.com

When loading the software select “5 day trial” and it’s yours to play with a much as you want over those 5 days. You may even find that you can earn enough over those 5 days to invest in a full subscription. By the end of the 5 days you’ll know whether you want the software or not.
Get the software for free for a further 3 months (Worth $110.85)

Poker Edge
now offers the software for free in conjunction with trying out a new online poker room. This offer is for three months subscription to the Gold Package which costs $36.95 a month, thus $110.85 overall. As well as this offer you are also still eligible to receive the deposit bonuses at the online poker room you’ll have to sign up to.

Poker Edge - What is it ? (Post 1 of 3)

Over the next three posts I'm going to take a look at Poker Edge software.

Post 1 - What is it?
Post 2 - How to use it.
Post 3 - How to get it for free.

Post 1 - What is it?

Poker Edge is a great piece of software that you can use to help you play poker. It uses a database of information on millions of poker players. In fact if you've played online poker before it probably has information on you. If you want to check out your own stats enter your poker nickname into the form on the right hand side of this page (you may have to scroll down a bit).

It'll tell you exactly what other people know about your poker game and can see every time they play you if they are using Poker Edge.

How does this work?

Any player using Poker Edge software is sending information about every hand played backed to the database. So if there is data about you in the database you've already been playing against people using this software.

Just some of the information collected:

• How loose/tight a player is,
• Whether they're likely to defend their big blind,
• How often they raise,
• How often they enter pots,
• The percentage of hands they win at showdown.

That's just a snipet of some of the information collected.

In tomorrow's post I'm going to take a look at how to use this information.

If you'd like to have a look for yourself you can download the software from here and enjoy a free 5 day trial.

Sharkscope - Check it out

In case you've never heard of it I'd like to let you know about www.sharkscope.com a great piece of free poker software. SharkScope is the most complete database of online poker sit n' go tournament results. It tracks virtually every sit n’ go played across all the networks.

How does it work?

You can use it to search for valuable information on people you are playing or even to check your own statistics. It will show you:

* How many games someone has played.
* Their average profit.
* Their average stake.
* Their average return on investment (ROI)
* Their total profit.
* Their form.

All of this is valuable information and can be used to decide whether a player is any good. Quite simply: if a player loses money then they are a poor player and vice versa.

Every day you will get 5 searches for free from your IP address. You can use these to find out information about yourself or others you are playing.

Free Texas Calculatem

Texas Calculatem is a great piece of software that I like to use when I play poker. It retails for $69.95 and I recommend you should get yourself a copy from here.

Why?

Texas Calculatem is the best poker odds calculator available. It uses Auto-Read technology that gives you hand odds and betting advice in real-time helping you maximize your winnings. You never have to input any data or give it any instruction. Just attach the calculator to your game, and Texas Calculatem does all the hard work.

When you play with Texas Calculatem, you’ll instantly see the strength of your hand and get real-time betting advice. It uses complex mathematical formulas to recommend the best play on every hand - check, call, fold, or raise. It’s all based on your hand and the cards that have been played.

How can I get it for free?

It currently retails for $69.95 which is well worth paying as it will pay for itself many times over. However if you’d rather not pay for it you can get it for free by signing up to a new online poker room. Simply visit the Texas Calculatem site and choose one of the 7 online poker rooms to sign up to.
